Our Mission
Our Mexico City office exists to deliver high-quality authentic expressions of our products and enable greater interactions with our community across Latin America.
Here in Mexico City, we serve all our players in Latin America. Across 32 countries, millions of LATAM players enjoy Riot’s games. Our team is made up of Rioters from a variety of different nationalities across LATAM matching the multicultural and diverse playerbase. We believe video games are the future of entertainment and our goal is to be the spearhead of the video game industry across the region.
We handle a variety of important functions for LATAM players. In esports, we run the LLA, the top level of League of Legends esports in Latin America, and the local events for the VALORANT Champions Tour which bring LATAM teams to the global stage.
Our passionate communities in LATAM are always creating amazing things so we also run a program to uplift all the content created around our games including influencers, artists, content creators, cosplayers, and community events.
Finally, our player support and localization teams help create a seamless experience for players by answering questions, tackling issues, and translating our games into local languages.
Each of our teams do important work and we always put players first. But we’re also players ourselves so we often find time to get in a game of ARAM or queue up for some VALORANT. Every day we walk past a statue of El Tigre Braun to get to our desks so on Friday we will often watch Lucha Libre together in his honor.
