Enterprise Architect

Riot's Enterprise Architects enable business and IT leaders to make investment decisions that balance and prioritize current operational demands, changes, and opportunities with the longer-term strategic vision of the organization. Furthermore the enterprise architect provides technology guidance, roadmaps, principles and best practices. This role is based out of our Los Angeles office and you will report to the Senior Manager of Enterprise Architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direction, guidance, and definition of IT architecture to support the corporate business strategy.
- Support all architectural disciplines and advocate for architectural initiatives, and review current processes for improvement.
- Lead programs to develop, maintain, and govern the enterprise architecture across the organization and support all architectural disciplines under their direction.
- Participate in the EA review board and ensure that solutions are compliant with target-state architecture models.
- Align architecture strategy with business goals and advocate tech strategy and communicate policies, guidelines.
- Promote the EA process, outcomes, and results to our organization and senior leadership.
- Manage exceptions to architectural standards at an enterprise level, ensure conceptual completeness of the solution, and advise on cost-benefit impact.
- Partner with business leaders to understand requirements and communicate tech trade offs, and budget approval.
- Conduct research and evaluations of latest technology, industry, and market trends.
Required Qualifications:
- Technical, project management, and business analysis skills
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited higher learning institution (preferred area of study: Business, Mathematics, Computer Sciences), or equivalent work experience.
- 6-8 years experience leading and transforming end-to-end process improvement; design processes and define metrics
- Expertise in architectural concepts (data, architecture, and solution), issues and trends
- 5+ years of experience leading multiple business process frameworks including eTOM or APQC and data integration, business experience and comfort regarding its internal architecture and SOC experience.

(Los Angeles only) Base salary range between $123K USD - $173K USD + incentive compensation + equity + 401K with company match + medical, dental, vision, and life insurance + short and long-term disability + open PTO.
